Have Questions? We Have Answers!

We've compiled a list of FAQ to help you better understand our platform. Whether you have questions about our features, pricing, or training options, you'll find the answers you need here.

General Questions

advanexus is an operating system for controlled, auditable, and accountable data operations. It is designed for regulated environments where data pipelines must be traceable, reproducible, and defensible under audit or incident pressure.

Not in the traditional sense. advanexus can run as a platform, but it is delivered through a defined operational scope and responsibility model. The value is not in “features”, but in execution guarantees, governance, and audit readiness by design.

Classic stacks move data, then document and explain it later. advanexus controls execution, enforces rules during processing, and produces evidence automatically. The result is deterministic delivery, explicit ownership, and audit readiness without reconstruction.
Pricing Questions

Pricing is based on operational scope and responsibility, not users, features, or licenses. Scope includes the number and criticality of production flows, execution frequency, delivery requirements, and audit or regulatory pressure.

Typical annual engagements fall into three bands:
€20k–€50k for controlled entry into production,
€60k–€150k for business-critical operations,
€180k+ for enterprise-wide and audit-critical environments. Final pricing is agreed upfront during scoping.

Cloud and infrastructure usage remains transparent and billed by your cloud provider. advanexus  pricing covers the operational control layer: governance, execution guarantees, traceability, evidence, and delivery controls. No hidden per-user or per-feature fees.
Technical Questions

Databases, warehouses, event streams, file and object storage, enterprise systems, and legacy environments. Sources are registered as governed entities with ownership and execution context, not ad-hoc connections.

Jobs are executed as versioned operational events with deterministic behavior. Every run is contextualized and traceable from source to delivery, including applied rules and validations. Runs can be replayed and independently verified.

Failures are first-class operational events. You get immediate visibility into what failed, why it failed, under which rules, and what downstream impact was prevented. Evidence is preserved automatically.
Support & Training Questions

We align on the operational reality first: critical flows, required guarantees, ownership boundaries, and audit expectations. advanexus is demonstrated through real scenarios, not generic feature demos.

Onboarding starts with scoping. We define flows, rules, responsibilities, and delivery constraints. Then the system is configured and validated against your operating model so that production execution is safe.

Support depends on operational scope and can include monitoring, incident response, change management, and SLA-based guarantees. In audit-critical environments, support is part of the engagement model.
