01

Scope of this notice

This notice applies to browsing advanexus.com, using its local search, following an explicitly selected external-search link and contacting the published email addresses. The live platform, customer deployments and signed commercial services have separate notices and agreements.

02

Operator and privacy contact

The complete legal name, registered address, registration details, controller status and any required data-protection representative are not yet verified in the release contract. Production publication is blocked until those facts are supplied and approved. Privacy questions can currently be sent to info@advanexus.com.

03

Information that may be handled

The public site has no account or embedded enquiry form. Website delivery may nevertheless expose limited technical request metadata; a search term may enter the URL and browser history; and an email contains the address, message and attachments selected by the sender.

  • Network address and security signals needed to deliver and protect a request.
  • Requested path and query, time, HTTP status, referrer and browser or device metadata.
  • Search terms entered in the public-site search interface.
  • Email address, message, metadata and attachments deliberately sent by the visitor.

04

Purposes and legal bases

Information is used only to deliver and secure the site, answer an intentional request, maintain necessary business correspondence and meet applicable legal obligations. The final lawful-basis mapping and legitimate-interest assessment depend on the confirmed operator and target jurisdictions and remain a legal release gate.

05

Hosting, delivery and security logs

The published site is designed as a static, same-origin experience. Hosting, DNS, CDN, edge-security and network providers may process bounded request metadata to deliver content, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. The final provider list, processing locations, contractual safeguards and retention criteria must match the exact production deployment before this notice becomes effective.

06

Local and external search

Internal search runs in the browser, but its query can appear in the page URL, browser history and delivery logs when a URL is loaded or shared. Google receives nothing from the site before the visitor explicitly chooses external search; that action opens a new tab and sends the query to Google under Google's own terms and privacy notice.

07

Direct email

If you email info@advanexus.com, the sender and recipient mail systems process the address, message and attachments you choose to send. Do not include passwords, access tokens, production datasets, special-category data or other information that is not needed for the request.

08

Recipients, processors and international transfers

Access should be limited to authorized people and providers needed for website delivery, security and the chosen correspondence channel. Provider identity, processing country, transfer mechanism and access boundary must be confirmed in the production inventory; this draft does not infer them from a brand name, language or hosting URL.

09

Retention and deletion

Request logs and correspondence should be retained only for documented security, operational, contractual or legal needs, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Exact periods or objective criteria must be approved for each production provider and mail workflow before release; no universal period is invented here.

10

Cookies and similar technologies

The reviewed source does not set site-authored cookies, local storage, analytics identifiers, advertising pixels or embedded third-party widgets. Cookie Settings shows the current declared inventory. The production edge must be rechecked before publication and any future optional technology must remain blocked until a valid choice exists.

11

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent authority. California and other applicable laws may add rights to know, correct, delete, opt out or limit certain uses without discrimination. Identity may need proportionate verification.

12

Sale, targeted advertising, automated decisions and children

The public site is not designed to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, serve targeted advertising, build advertising profiles or make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. It is a business information site and is not directed to children. These statements must be revalidated if the service or technology inventory changes.

13

Data minimization and security

The site uses a same-origin asset model, a restrictive content security policy and no background application requests in the reviewed source. These controls reduce exposure but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected issue without including unnecessary personal or customer data.

14

Requests, complaints and changes

Email info@advanexus.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and a concise description. The confirmed operator must publish the competent supervisory authority, verification process and response workflow. Material changes require a new document version, effective date, updated translations and renewed release evidence.

Enabled languages follow the same clause structure. Each translation and the confirmed operator details require recorded legal and native-language approval before production publication.
