Operator, scope and acceptance
The full legal identity and registered details of the website operator are not yet verified in the release contract. Production publication is blocked until they are supplied. By using an effective published version of these terms, a visitor agrees only to the rules governing this public information site and applicable mandatory law.
Public information, not a binding offer
Website content explains current product direction and reviewed capability scope. It is not an SLA, warranty, binding proposal, certification or substitute for deployment acceptance and written commercial terms.
Capability, pricing and environment boundaries
Connector, storage, model-provider, network and infrastructure behavior depends on the exact deployment. Public capability labels, diagrams, documentation and price ranges are explanatory and may change. Only an approved written proposal and signed agreement define scope, deliverables, fees, acceptance and operational responsibility.
Limited permission to use the site
Visitors may access, read, link to and make reasonable internal use of public content for legitimate business evaluation. No right is granted to source code, non-public materials, customer environments, trademarks or a deployment of the platform except under a separate written license.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt unauthorized access; bypass security or rate controls; introduce malicious code; scrape at a disruptive scale; impersonate another person; submit credentials, production data or unnecessary personal records; infringe rights; or use public content to misrepresent certification, customer endorsement or legal compliance.
Intellectual property and feedback
Advanexus names, branding, original copy, diagrams and software remain subject to their applicable ownership and licences. Nothing on this site transfers those rights. Feedback may be considered without an obligation to adopt it, but confidential or third-party material should not be submitted without authority and an appropriate agreement.
External links and services
External search, email links, third-party resources and the authenticated live platform leave this public-site scope. Their operators control their own availability, security, terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or responsibility for external content.
Availability, accuracy and changes
Reasonable care is used to keep public information useful and current, but the site may be changed, suspended or unavailable and may contain errors. Capability Status and dated content should be read with their stated boundaries. Material contractual reliance belongs in a signed agreement, not an unauthenticated web page.
Security and responsible reporting
Visitors must not test or exploit the site without written authority. A suspected vulnerability should be reported through the published security contact with the minimum information needed to investigate and without accessing, retaining or disclosing other people's data.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public site and its informational content are provided without implied promises of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice. Nothing excludes a right or warranty that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of liability
Any limitation must be interpreted under the law that actually applies and cannot exclude liability that mandatory law protects, including where relevant fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Final allocation, cap and remedy language require operator-specific legal approval before these terms become effective.
Commercial agreements take precedence
A signed Order Form, master agreement, DPA, SLA, security schedule or other negotiated document governs the covered customer relationship. If it conflicts with these public-site terms, the signed document takes precedence only for the subject matter and parties it covers.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law, competent courts and any mandatory-law carve-outs cannot be stated safely until the legal operator and contractual model are verified. Those fields are a hard production gate and will not be inferred from the website language, office location or target market.
Changes, severability and contact
Material changes require a new version, effective date, translated contract and release evidence. If an effective provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Questions can be sent to info@advanexus.com without including secrets or customer data.
